TODAY'S COURT HEARING UPDATE...(10th May 2012) Summary of 35 mints hearing...

Today also EOW was not present in the court.... CBDT submitted their Report (Tax Liability of SAOL)... Due to Supreme Court Vacation, We have got Date of 8th August, as per normal procedure which can be prepone also, and company will surely try for this... Let's Wait & Watch Till Then...
